  1. Click the play button to see sessions of users who view a specific popup.
  2. Export those sessions to csv to identify what these users have in common, such as device type or OS version.


Here are some questions you can ask yourself when reviewing this section:

  1. If the popup only has one call to action, is there any other call to action we can add to help them complete the process they are in?
  2. Are there server or network errors?
  3. Is the user being displayed the proper messaging?
  4. Are too many users experiencing login errors? Payment errors?
