The numbers between Appsee and other analytical platforms may not align because of the following reasons:
- A difference in the reporting timezone – All of the reporting Appsee reporting is done in GMT.
- A difference in definitions – an Appsee User is currently defined by a single installation of your app.
- Offline sessions – currently Appsee does not support sessions that were started when the device did not have an active data connection.
If you would like to add your unique internal user ID for easier comparison – you can add it to each Appsee session.
Sessions in Appsee are defined from the moment the app comes to the foreground until it is sent to the background.
